The Scientist

I did this from a photo I took, plus memories I had visiting Roger's lab.

I'm not sure If it a good likeness or not, but It

is what it has become.

I see this old house on my way to work each day. It has a twin in yellow and they are very run down.
They catch my eye every day, so I took a few shots of them and composed a few paintings from them.
This one came out a bit more conservative than I was going for, but somtimes the painting dictates the process.
I will probably hit it a few more times and then it gets framed for my show.

These all need work.

I am trying to rework this one, never seemed finished.

Bird thingy

I donated this piece to the Postcards for Lindsay Show at Corporate Frame.
I hope it found a good home.

The show was a success in that it sold a lot of pieces. All the money went to help
a young woman with her medical bills.

I missed the opening night, so I didn't get to see all the other works. I hope someone
took photos, it would be nice to see the show.

Studio show in June

I am going to have a show at Art6 Gallery in Richmond, Va this June.




I will try to post my progress from time to time.
Hopefully I'll have something to say.
